The second Peterhouse Golf Tounament, held during the annual Sundowner’s evening was an evening of much fun and friendly banter between the Gal and Guy teams.
Residents, relatives, staff and suppliers were encouraged to complete a round of putting throughout the day, and to enter their scorecards at Reception.
Sara got some expert tuition from Andrew.
The girl’s team benefited hugely from two relatives who are clearly very accomplished golfers – whilst dad watched on.
The best 5 scores from each team were added up and the lowest overall score won.
Just pipping the guys at the post, the girls won with 99 points. The guys had just one more -100.
Sara presented the award to Yvonne Francis, our new Peterhouse Friend, who accepted the award on behalf of the Gals – and failed in hiding her obvious glee.
Next year will be very interesting. Watch out boys!
