Peterhouse is renowned for its warm and friendly atmosphere, dedicated and caring staff and exceptionally high standards of professionalism. It is now one of the leading providers of high-quality care and supported-living services in the South East – offering Nursing & Residential Care, Sheltered Retirement Accommodation and Day Services in its beautiful location in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.

Peterhouse Care Wing is our Nursing and Residential Care Home, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and accommodating 36 residents in single and double rooms. Applicants must be aged 55 or over and have been formally assessed – however, short-term, respite and palliative care are also available. Residents from our Sheltered Flats may receive short-term care at special rates, subject to room availability.

Peterhouse Sheltered Flats are Retirement Homes specifically for people who have worked in the advertising media industry – and also their relatives. We have 34 spacious double or single flats, and double cottages, with additional communal lounges, bar and restaurant, all designed to make senior living easy and enjoyable. Applicants must be aged 55 or over – or, in the case of couples, one partner satisfying this age criteria.

Peterhouse Day Centre welcomes people from the Bexhill area as well as residents from the Peterhouse Care Wing and Sheltered Flats. Our daily sessions vary in content to appeal to different groups, providing a wide range of activities, while our own minibus provides transport for people in the Bexhill locality.
